Thanks for the birthday wishes guys! It's always so nice to see so many comments from you all. ^^
I'll reply individually to your comments and things when I have a bit more time. I'm currently waiting for pizza to arrive, and then I shall stuff my face and get drunk (possibly). Yay for having a Friday birthday!

On Hiatus
Hi guys, I have now completed all work I owed to all of my customers. This means my art hiatus has officially started and I will be inactive with uploads here until further notice. You can still message/note me at any time, but I may take longer than usual to respond. I want to thank all of my regular customers and watchers again for your continued support over the last few years. It has meant the world to me. My new job is going well. I’m still loving every minute and I have high hopes for the future. I will be back, likely after New Years at some point, with new art to come. Until then, take care! ❤️ ~Ko
Hiatus Coming Up - IMPORTANT
Hey guys, As you know, I recently took on a new job to go alongside my art job here. It was initially a part time, flexible position, but things have quickly changed for the better. I have been promoted to a supervisor position, which means starting from 15/10/2023, I will be working full time Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work. This means that I will no longer be opening adoptables again, and commissions will remain closed indefinitely. This promotion is too good an opportunity to pass up on - I have been loving every minute of my new job so far, and I’m excited to be able to do more and take on new challenges. I can really see myself having a career here, all being well. I love it more than any job I’ve had before. I feel like I’ve really found my niche here. I’ll be on a salary, and it will be more than I have ever earned in any job, and more than I could ever hope to make with my art. It means my partner and I can afford to live comfortably and finally look into
Deadlines Explained
There has been some confusion and worry about the deadlines for my work, so I wanted to clear some things up: My deadlines for work I owe are only very rough guidelines in case life throws unexpected curveballs at me and I have to delay things. You will, in almost all cases, receive your finished work 2-3 months after ordering. Your deadline may indicate a 3-5 month wait, but I will likely never have to use that amount of time. Those deadlines are for the absolute worse case scenario, where I physically will not have the time I initially planned to complete work. These deadlines give me breathing room in case I need it. E.G, if I get ill, if I have a family emergency, if I have to do more hours at work, I would only then take longer than the standard 2-3 months to finish work. When you look at my To-Do List, if your commission is under the ‘In Progress’ header, it means your commission has already been sketched and will be finished within the next week or so - even if your
Deadline Updates
Check the to-do list if you’re awaiting art: I have extended all commission deadlines by 1 month. This doesn’t necessarily mean I will take all that time to finish work, it just gives me a bit more breathing space. Chances are I’ll still get everything finished like a month in advance, but it takes my anxiety away knowing I can relax a bit if I’m feeling overwhelmed. Sorry guys. I am so god damn freakin’ tired. My doctor can’t see me until next week. Which means no meds for the time being, and my tiredness is awful right now. I hope you guys know by now that I’m reliable enough to finish all work I owe. I worry about the quality of my work suffering if I have to force myself when I’m feeling ill. You know I’ll always do my best for you guys, but right now I have to take care of myself too. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but thanks for understanding. ~Ko
